The Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) has again raised the price of soybean oil. This time, the company will increase soybean oil by Tk 10 per liter and sell it at Tk 100. The price will be effective from tomorrow, Thursday. With this, the price of TCB's soybean oil increased by Tk 20 per liter in two phases after January.

Besides, TCB has increased the price of sugar by Tk 5 per kg. From now on, the company will sell sugar and lentils at Rs 55 per kg. Onions will be sold at 20 rupees.

Meanwhile, on the occasion of the upcoming holy Ramadan, gram and dates have been added to the list of TCB products. Chhola will be sold at Rs 55 per kg and dates at Rs 60 per kg.

The matter was informed in a notification of TCB on Wednesday. It is said that in the month of Ramadan, their sales activities will continue across the country with the aim of keeping the prices of daily necessities stable in the market.

TCB sources said that their sales activities will start from tomorrow, Thursday. Buyers can buy a maximum of 4 kg of sugar, 3 kg of gram, 2 kg of lentils and 5 liters of oil at a time. And only onions can be bought in TCB's online activities.

TCB products will be sold in a total of 500 mobile trucks across the country, including 100 in Dhaka and 20 in the Chittagong City Corporation area. Besides, products will be sold through distributors in all districts and upazilas of the country.

According to TCB sources, 600 to 1,200 kg of sugar, 600 to 750 kg of lentils, 1,200 to 1,500 liters of soybean oil, 300 to 1,000 kg of onions, 400 to 1,000 kg of gram and 100 kg of dates will be distributed to each truck during Ramadan. Being given.
