মধুমতি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড সম্প্রতি নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়েছে। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি তাদের প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিভাগে লোকবল নিয়োগ দেবে। আগ্রহী যে কেউ আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আবেদন করা যাবে অনলাইনে।
পদের নাম : অফিসার (প্রকিউরমেন্ট)। আবেদন যোগ্যতা : যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক পাস। তবে একাডেমিক কোন পর্যায়ে তৃতীয় বিভাগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে নূন্যতম ৩ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে কোনো স্বনামধন্য ব্যাংকের প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিভাগে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই অফিস অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের কাজে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। বিশেষ করে এমএস ওয়ার্ড, এমএস এক্সেল ও পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট বিষয়ক কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে পদটিতে কোন ফ্রেশ গ্রাজুয়েট আবেদন করতে পারবেন না।
যেসব কাজ করতে হবে : বিভিন্ন ধনের ক্যাপএক্স সংক্রান্ত প্রকিউমেন্ট রিকিউজিশন গ্রহণ করতে হবে। রেকর্ড তৈরি করতে হবে। ভেন্ডরদের সঙ্গে নেগশিয়েশন করতে হবে। প্রডাক্টের কস্ট অ্যাফেক্ট ও কোয়ালিটি ম্যান্টেটেইন করতে হবে। ভেন্ডরদের বিল তৈরি করতে হবে। ইনভেন্টরি ম্যানেজমেন্টের কাজ করতে হবে।
চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগ প্রাপ্তদের বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। তবে ব্যাংকের বেতন রীতি অনুসারে অন্যান্য সুযোগ সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ : ১৪ জানুয়ারি, ২০২২ পর্যন্ত আবেদন করা যাবে।

Job Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming CapEx and requisitions of procurement.
- Assist to ensure proper record and follow up the execution of all CapEx and initiate the Comparative Statements
- Assist to negotiate with all Asset related vendors.
- Assist to maintain the quality, and cost effectiveness at an optimum level of the procured product.
- Assist to ensure that all SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the vendors are completed and updated for an efficient flow of the procurement process.
- Assist to finalize all the BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of new branches and projects (in regards to construction/renovation/refurbishment) in coordination with other departments of the bank.
- Keep proper record of all procured items separately.
- Processing the vendor's bills.
- Develop departmental process flow for analysis and obtain cost.
- Responsible for all OpEx related Procurement agreement.
- Receive all OpEx requisition (except IT consumables) of procurement.
- Ensure proper record and follow up the execution of all OpEx and initiate the Approval Notes.
- Vendor enlistment & evaluation.
- Proper Inventory Management.
- Maintaining liaison and understanding, with the vendors on behalf of the Bank.
- Ensure to provide all the relevant documents for the bill clearance to billing section.
- Manage and update the vendors' list of all items.

- Minimum 03 years experience in procurement functions in a reputed Bank.
