Aryan Khan, who got a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), in the cruise ship drug case has now approached the court over the return of his passport. On Thursday, Special NDPS judge VV Patil directed the NCB to file their reply to the plea.
He posted the matter for hearing on July 13. In his plea, Shah Rukh Khan‘s son has requested the cancellation of his bail bond, and a formal order to be issued, discharging him from the cruise drug case.
