Despite promoting crypto investments, Kim did not mention all of this information in the post. That is why he is guilty of breaking the law. After that, he was fined 1.26 million US dollars by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The amount of money in Bangladeshi Taka is 12 crore 38 lakh 75 thousand 775 Taka.
Kim, however, took the punishment. In addition to the fine, he also told the US Securities and Exchange Commission that he will not promote any cryptocurrency-related investments for the next three years.
