Ahead of the World Cup final, Di Maria in the Argentina XI, a full-strength France

The biggest news for Argentina in the title race is Angel Di Maria's return to the starting XI. Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni has arranged the XI with four defenders to deal with the devastating attack of France. On the other hand, two days before the match, the outbreak of cold-related illness in the France team increased, but all the problems appeared to be over the day before. Finally after overcoming all fears, coach Didye Desham is getting a full strength team.

The final of the Qatar World Cup will start at 9 pm Bangladesh time at Lusail Stadium on Sunday.

Di Maria suffered a thigh injury in the last match against Poland in the group stage. Later he did not play in the last sixteen against Australia. He returned as a substitute against the Netherlands in the quarter-final, but the problem may still have been with him. Later in the semi-final, the Juventus midfielder spent the entire time on the bench in the 3-0 win over Croatia.

But having a very important member of the team back in the most important match will boost Argentina's confidence a lot. In the 2014 World Cup, the team reached the final, but Di Maria could not play in that match due to injury. This time too there was such fear, but he recovered in time.

Originally, Scaloni arranged a 4-4-2 formation in Di Maria Ferra. Therefore, defender Lisandro Martinez did not have a place in the eleven.

And centre-back Dayed Upamecano and midfielder Adrien Rabiot have returned to the France team. Due to illness, they could not play in the semi-final which they won 2-0 against Morocco last Wednesday.

Rafael Varane, Ibrahima Konate and Kingsley Coman fell ill due to the virus. Varane practiced with the team on Saturday. He is in the starting XI, the other two are on the bench.
