BoycottPathaan: Stumbling at the start, Shahrukh's 'Pathaan' on the way to ban over color controversy in 'Beshram' song
This new film is going to release in a few days
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer 'Pathan' has hit the headlines even before its release. Ever since the release of the song 'Beshram Rang', the film has been embroiled in controversy. Many people have raised questions about the clothes used in this song. Especially many people have started talking about this song on social media.
BJP workers in Uttar Pradesh have demanded a 'boycott' of the film. The reason for the boycott was the ocher colored bikini worn by Deepika in the song. First Madhya Pradesh Minister Narottam Mishra gave his speech about this film. Now BJP workers in Uttar Pradesh have also created controversy by accusing the film of insulting traditional culture.
In this context, Narottam Mishra said, 'The song of this film which was released recently, is very dirty. During the shooting of this song some topics are used which are against traditional religion. Deepika's outfit in this song is very offensive. So in such a situation, either the song has to be changed, or else we have to think a lot about the film before its release in Madhya Pradesh.'
About the film, BJP leader Rajesh Kesharwani said, "Deepika's outfit in the new song of this film is very strange and insults Hinduism and Sanatan culture." The BJP leader has also written to the state government to ban the film in UP. Significantly, Leader of the Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Gobind Singh also expressed outrage over the song's attire.
