Rajiv Hasan testified against Parimoni in the drug case
A witness on the seizure list has testified against actress Paraminir in the Narcotics Control Act case. The name of the witness is Rajiv Hasan. The drug was seized by the police in the case in front of him.
Today Thursday, Judge Mohammad Nazrul Islam of the Special Judge Court No. 10 of Dhaka has fixed the next date of hearing on January 12 after taking the testimony of this witness.
His lawyer Nilanjana Rifat Surabhi appeared for Parimani. Apart from this, two accused Ashraful Islam Dipu and Kabir Hossain, who are on bail in the case, appeared in the court.
It is to be noted that RAB raided Parimani's house on the 12th road of Banani in the capital on the afternoon of August 4 last year. At that time, a large quantity of drugs was seized from that house. Later he was arrested and remanded several times. Parimoney got bail on August 31 last year. He was released the next day.
On October 4 last year, the investigating officer of the case submitted a charge sheet against three people including CID police inspector Kazi Golam Mustafa Parimani. On January 5, the court ordered the trial to be started against three people including Parimoney.
