No eating or drinking during the day in Ramadan, sexual intercourse is also prohibited. But many people ask that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with the wife at night in Ramadan? If someone has intercourse with his wife in Ramadan, will it be difficult to fast?
The answer to this question is - Allah Ta'ala says in the Holy Qur'an, 'It is permissible for you to go to your wives during the night of fasting. They are clothes for you and you are clothes for them. Allah knows that you were betraying yourselves. Then He accepted your repentance and forgave you. So, join them now and seek what Allah has written for you.' (Surah Baqarah, verse 187)
In the said verse, Allah Ta'ala has made sexual intercourse with the wife lawful in the month of Ramadan from after breaking the fast until the time of dawn. However, you must be careful about intercourse during Ramadan. Because, if someone engages in sexual intercourse while fasting during the day in the month of Ramadan, then the following matters will apply to him. They are - one. He will be guilty. Two. His fast that day will be lost. Three. The rest of the day should be abstained from eating and drinking. Four. It will be wajib to perform the fast of that day.
Sahri can be eaten before the obligatory bath?
If Ghusl is obligatory on a person, and he eats Sahri without Ghusl; Then his fasting will not be a problem. It is proven by several hadiths that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) took Sahri in the state of Junubi (obligatory ablution). It is also proven that he used to perform ablution before eating Sahri. However, it should be noted that while bathing is obligatory, one must purify himself by taking a bath before Fajr prayer.
In the hadith narrated by Umm al-Mu'minin Ayesha (RA) it is stated that, 'Fajr of the Prophet (PBUH) used to take place during the month of Ramadan in an impure state (i.e. impure through intercourse with a woman). Then he would take a bath and fast.' (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 1829; Muslim, Hadith: 1109)
Umm Salama (R.A.), another wife of the Prophet (S.A.W.) and Umm al-Mu’minin, narrated that the Prophet (S.A.W.) used to perform Fajr when he was impure due to sexual intercourse. Then he would take a bath and fast.' (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 1926)
Therefore, if a person does this - his fast will be complete, but he must take a bath before Fajr prayer. Otherwise the Fajr prayer will be performed, which is not permissible in any way.
And the rule of obligatory bath while fasting is the same as the rule of other times. However, while taking a bath while fasting, it is not allowed to do the gargling. Instead, he will do the porter three times. Besides, the water will not reach the soft part of the nose. Because, if you gargle and put water on the soft part of the nose - there is a danger that the water will go into the throat, and this will break the fast. So during the month of fasting these two things will not work during ablution and bath.
