Satish Kaushik passed away early on Thursday. He was one of the most popular and talented actors and directors of the Hindi film world. He ended up suffering from a heart attack at the age of 66. Anupam Kher informed everyone about the death of his long-time friend by tweeting on Thursday morning. The entire Bollywood is now saddened by the news of his death. The shadow of mourning has fallen among the fans.



According to sources, the actor-director was going to meet someone close to him in Gurugram on Thursday morning. While going there, he suddenly felt sick in the car. It is believed that actor-director Satish Kaushik suffered a heart attack at that time. He was immediately rushed to a major hospital in Gurugram but did not survive. Doctors declared him dead after taking him to the hospital. After that, around 5:16, Anupam Kher announced the death of his long-time friend Satish Kaushik through a tweet.




Anupam Kher wrote on Twitter, He knows that death is the only truth in this world. But he never dreamed that he would have to write such a thing about his dear friend. Their friendship of 45 years suddenly fell apart. He also admitted that his life would not be the same without the actor-director. He ended his speech by praying for the peace of his soul. Apart from Anupam Kher, several stars like Ajay Devgan, Kangana Ranaut have also expressed their condolences, wishing her soul to rest in peace.



The actor-director got into the Holi mood with other Bollywood stars at Janki Cottage on March 7. He shared that picture on his social media page. Several stars like Javed Akhtar, Mahima Chowdhury, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha were present at this Holi party. However, he changed the mood of that Holi and went to the land of no return. Suddenly this news casts a shadow of grief on the entire Bollywood.


He was born on 13 April 1956 in Haryana. Satish Kaushik ruled the theater world before stepping into the Bollywood industry. Apart from being an actor, he also had a reputation as a good director, screenwriter and producer. He has also received many awards. He acted in several films like 'Mr India', 'Ram Laxman' and 'Deewana Mastana'. He also directed several popular well-known films like 'Tere Naam', 'Roop Ki Rani', 'Choro Ka Raja', 'Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai', 'Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehete Hai', 'Kaagaaz'.
